Two VW Steering Kits in Six Hours!

 Here is the rest of the story in Phil’s own words:

Well, five guys met this morning at 8 o’clock. I think they all were skeptical we would be able to do two cars in one day. By 8:30 two TC’s were up on jack stands, right wheels off and work began. Since I’d done it before, I assigned different people to do jobs. I disconnected brake lines, ground off the rivets and drilled the holes out to 3/8ths. I later re-attached the brake lines. The rest of it was done by the owners and the couple of other guys. The hardest part was on one car putting in the fume excluder! That took more time than anyone thought. After taking out an half hour to eat sandwiches one owner had brought, we were finished with both cars at 2:30. They both drove off happily and both have called to thank me for putting them on to you and your miracle kits. They are thrilled. I’m hurtin’– got a bad back– but it was so much fun that it’s a good kind of hurt. Thanks again for all your help and support. We didn’t need to call you…….
