Cracks around the spark plug are a common issue with Porsche 356 cylinder heads. Pictured here is our solution, which actually starts by making the crack bigger.

Some careful TIG welding follows to provide the foundation for new threads.

After re-threading, excess metal is removed and the head is as good as new!
